LES FROMAGÈRES offers a selection of carefully refined farm and organic cheeses, subtle wines and cold meats to be sampled on site on our terrace or to take away, even in vacuum packs for travelers.
Alongside a small Pélardon, you will find the best local goat cheeses, Camembert and outstanding Comtés, as well as lesser-known yet delicious cheeses from all provinces of France or even from abroad, like a sublime Gruyère or an amazing Gouda refined 24 months.
LES FROMAGÈRES also offers dairy products — butter, 'crème fraiche', yogurts and whipped cream — from sustainable farms respecting nature and ancestral production methods, as well as a specific selection of products that will perfectly pair with cheese: olive oil and organic wines from the Alpilles, charcuterie, beers and handmade jams. And in season, fresh truffles and even 'Poutargue', the Mediterranean 'white caviar'!

PASSIONATES BEFORE ANYTHING!
Regulars at the restaurant 'Délicate & saine', facing the Arenas, will remember Julie Moreau who created it in 2014 and her passion for the subtle little dishes that she put together from fresh products of exception. As passionate and talented in cooking as Julie, Eugénie Théron followed a career as Director of Purchasing, particularly in the fashion and luxury sector in Paris. She has the gift to find 'this incredible little product that cannot be found anywhere else'...
For LES FROMAGÈRES, Eugénie and Julie wanted to work from a space in the center of the store so that they could share their common passion and facilitate the discovery of the cheeses.
LES FROMAGÈRES also know how to get out of their shop to present their products during events, or in partnership with some local gastronomic restaurants.
